Dr. S O Junare has diversified combination of talent and experience. He has obtained his Bachelor Degrees in Commerce, Literature and Education and Master Degrees in Commerce and Philosophy. He has obtained his Doctoral Degree from University of Pune in 2000. He has also completed one year FDP in Management at IIM Ahmedabad. Prior to joining as an In-charge Director at MBA Programme, Dr Junare was working as a Director of Agriculture Cooperative Training Institute, accredited and funded by NABARD. Before Joining at NICM in 2001 (on deputation), he had been working as Assistant Director / Vice Principal in National Council for Cooperative Training, (Govt. of India), New Delhi. He worked as a core faculty in different Institutes of NCCT from 1992 to 2001. He has also worked as a Statistician in Directorate of Economic Research, KVIC (Govt. of India) Mumbai from 1991 to 1992 and as a Lecturer at Zilla Parishad College, Pinjar, Akola from 1990 to 1991.
He has more than 40 publications in his credit, published in various journals of repute. He has presented more than 15 papers in various national and international seminars/conferences. During a professional experience of more than 17 years in academics, he has worked on very comprehensive and prestigious management consultancy assignments entrusted by various banks and financial institutes of repute. He was also involved in two major research projects sponsored by the Government. He has vide experience of designing and conducting various management development programmes and till date he has coordinated more than 200 MDPs on various aspects of management for the bankers, government officials and non-officials of various cooperative organizations. His interest areas are Finance, Banking, Micro Credit, Agriculture and Cooperation.

Ms. Mamta Brahmbhatt has specialized in ‘Financial management’. She also has a Masters in Commerce with specialized in Banking, where she stood first in the Gujarat University. An individual with the zest for instilling knowledge tagged along with the true spirit of imparting education. She is a strong believer in discipline, which is clearly reflected by varied courses undertaken by her in a short span, thus, truly providing herself as a versatile academician. Apart, from having profound knowledge she has won many prizes in various competitions like corporate quiz, making creative advertisements and elocution competition. She worked as Marketing Executive in Insonett Marketing Pvt. Ltd. and also in space marketing and circulation department at Asian Age Group. With her innate enthusiasm and never say ‘no’ attitude, she is actively involved in many activities in the institute thereby enriching the students not only academically but also in their overall personality development. In order to describe her, she is a person who practically preaches and teaches to be ‘COMMITTED TO CAN’ that is ‘Constant And Never-ending’ Improvement.

Dr. Narayan Baser is a postgraduate with MBA. His area of specialization is finance and Management Control System. He has passed National Eligibility Test (NET) for lectureship conducted by University Grants Commission, New Delhi in 2000. He has also completed his doctorate in the area of working capital Management from Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, Patan His, forte of teaching lies in Fundamentals and Strategic Financial Management, International Finance, Risk Management, Security Analysis and Portfolio Management, Indian Financial System and Management Control System. He has attended and presented papers at several National and International Conferences and seminars.
Prior to joining here, he was working with B.K. School of Business Management, Gujarat University, Ahmedabad. He has also worked with Ganpat University, Mehsana. His total teaching experience is more than seven years.

Prof. Kishor Barad is a first class management graduate from Nagpur University, Nagpur and BBA from Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar. He is also pursuing his PhD. from Saurashtra University, Rajkot. He possess rich experience of academics and corporate of more than ten years. Prior to joining NICM, he was employed with Ganpat University, Kherva in their MBA programme, as Reader and was member of Board of Studies and Programme Committee of the university. He worked with Ganpat University in different positions for seven years and discharged various academic and other administrative responsibilities. He was also instrumental in organizing various National and State level events at Ganpat University and was also on the editorial board of Ganpat University’s campus news magazine and editor of VMPIM GEMS E-News letter. Prior to joining academics, Prof. Barad had been employed with Eureka Forbes Ltd. for some time as Area Sales Officer in their Dealer Sales Division at Vadodra and with Shri Bileshwar Khand Udyog at Kodinar in various capacities for four years.
He has published more than 17 papers in National, International and State level Seminars & Conferences. He also has two Case Studies to his credit. His areas of interest include Marketing Management, Consumer Behavior, Advertising and Sales Promotion, Organizational Behavior and General Management related subjects.

Dr Harishchandra Singh Rathod specializes in the area of Marketing Management and possesses immense interest in research related to consumer behaviour and tourism studies. His doctoral research titled "Perceptions and Behaviour Dynamics of Foreign Tourists: Implications for Tourism and Hospitality Industry-An indepth study of Mewar Tourist Circuit of Rajasthan" gave him an opportunity to enrich his knowledge regarding cross-cultural dynamics of various international tourists visiting India. To his credit he has the Best Case Writer’s Award for his Case Study on Services Management at Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS) Western Region Conference held in 2005. He has also presented research papers and articles in various national seminars.
Prior to joining NICM, he was associated with Department of Business Management, Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, Patan. He has a teaching experience of more than five years and was actively involved in co-ordinating various state level and national level seminars and workshops. He has also served as a visiting faculty for post graduate management courses and M.Phil (Indian Diaspora) course at the University.
He has a passion for teaching and emphasizes more on case studies and real life business situations along with core theoretical aspects. As there is acute shortage of case studies, especially in marketing management in the Indian background, he is much focused on developing more such cases in the future. His areas of interest are Services Management, Managerial Economics and Brand Management.

Mr.Nisarg Joshi, a Management Post graduate specializing in Marketing Management, has also obtained Post Graduate Diploma in International Business Operations (PGDIBO) from IGNOU. The combination of his qualifications enriches the teaching he imparts. Before joining NICM, he had been Visiting Faculty for the institutes imparting training for IAS and many other competitive examinations. His academic areas of interest are Sales and Distribution Management, Economic Environment for Business, Economics for Managers, Services Marketing, and Strategic Brand Management.
His area of interest for research includes Subliminal Advertising, Cooperatives, Behavioral study of customers in context with Retail Super Markets, Demand Management, etc. He has keen interest in the Stress Management, Yoga, Meditation, and Personality Development.

Ms Jigna Trivedi has completed her Bachelors in Business Administration and Master Of Business Administration from K.S. School of Business Management, Ahmedabad. The stream taken up for specialization was Finance. Her penchant was also towards the exams conducted by National Stock Exchange in the name of NSE’s Certification in Financial Markets (NCFM). She opted for NCFM Dealers Module. Her career initiate was as a Research Officer at Anagram Securities, Ahmedabad. Worked there for one year and then switched over to the field of Academics. Prior to joining at NICM she was working as a lecturer at C.K.Pithawala Institute of Management, Surat. Her interest areas consists of Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategic Financial Management, Compensation Management, Corporate Tax Planning, Financial Accounting and Organization Structure and Dynamics.

Ms. Meenal Bhargava has throughout a meritorious academic record with distinctions. After completing her M.Sc (Physics) from Government College Ajmer (Rajasthan) she did her MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, M.D.S university, Ajmer (Rajasthan). She was awarded Gold Medal for securing first position in the University. She has a varied work experience of industry as well as teaching. Worked as Management trainee with TCI Finance Ltd, Assistant manager (Business Development & Customer relations) with GATI. Also a vast teaching experience in various Management Institutes of Ahmedabad and Baroda. She has presented a paper titled “Challenges and Opportunities in service industry” at The ICFAI conference held at Ahmedabad in 2005. She deals with International Marketing, Marketing Research, Information systems for management and Production and Operations Management at NICM.

Ms. Fahmida Shaikh has completed her Master of Science with Statistics as a special subject from school of sciences, Gujarat University. She topped the Gujarat University in M.Sc with 82% aggregate marks & by virtue of that she was awarded 6 gold medals. She is pursuing M.Phil from school of sciences, Gujarat University. She has one-year experience as a lecturer at National College of commerce & visiting lecturer at Gujarat College of sciences. She aims to reach on top of the academy by her hard work & Intelligence. She has won the second prize in the competition on “Application of Statistics in Economic development of India” organized by Ministry of Statistics, Government of Gujarat in the year 2007.She has presented a paper titled "A Study of Two-Piece Distribution" at SCIENCE EXCELLENCE, 2008 held at Botany department, school of sciences, Gujarat University.

She has been undertaking on the job & off the job training and has lead adventures trips for experiential learning; she also has conducted various workshops on soft skills development for various corporate.She emphasizes on self-discipline with pragmatism at core. She was a topper throughout her academic career. Before joining NICM she was working as an Assistant Manager with Rajkot Municipal Corporation. She is also having an experience of working with Insurance sector. Dedication, Punctuality and hard work are some of her qualities, which have helped her in excelling throughout her career. Her academic areas of interest are Cost Accounting, International Financial Management, Management of Financial Services, Strategic Financial Management and Compensation Management.
