SJPI-NICM stress the importance of giving its students extensive corporate exposure alongside invaluable academic inputs to ensure their holistic development. The extensive corporate interface ensures this perfect mix of business acumen and academic intellect. Summer Internships provide an opportunity for students to apply academic knowledge to real time business problems. Guest lectures and seminars gives students a chance to interact with representatives of the corporate world and learn about latest management practices. Live projects and workshops ensure optimal exposure to first hand knowledge of business processes, while still in college.
Placement Records
The campus placement is the unique characteristic of any professional course and the SJPI-MBA ( Formerly NICM) is known for its excellent track of campus placement. The Institute has most active and vibrant placement cell comprising of the Faculty Members and Students. The Placement Cell establishes the strong alliance with the corporate and facilitates the students to get a placement into a corporate world. NICM has had an enviable track record of 100% placements since its inception. The placement season at SJPI-MBA ( Formerly NICM) commences immediately at the end of third Semester i.e., in November – December, every year and is completed by mid March. The reasonable long cycle time can be attributed to the growing number of companies visiting the campus. In the placement seasons for last five years, around 30 to 40 companies visited our campus recruitment. More than simply quantity, the quality of jobs garnered by NICM students is also worth a mention. What our Institute puts into each student is reflected in the quality of students who leave its portals to enter the corporate world.
The maximum, average and minimum salary offered by the companies to the MBA students of SJPI-NICM was Rs. 5.00 lakh ; Rs. 3.00 lakh and Rs. 1.80 lakh p.a. respectively.
